Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with intact packaging if the item was packaged. Please read the entirety of this page to ensure you follow each step properly.
Intimate items, body jewellery, and obviously worn items will not be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
Refunds (if applicable)
First things first, send us an e-mail at email@example.com accompanied with pictures of the damage on the items you'd like to return. We will inspect the photos and either confirm or deny your return appeal. Please note we triple check each item before it leaves the store to ensure perfect condition, so make sure your product is for sure defective before attempting to return it. If your appeal is approved, please continue to the next step.
Send us back your item (please note that shipping costs are non-refundable). If we see the product has been visibly tampered with, we have the right to hold the item and you forfeit your payment. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please be 100% sure of what you want to order. We're a small business If you're looking to dupe a company, try one of the big boxes.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will also exchange if you need a different size, but please try to follow the listed sizing guidelines on each item. Every item is personally checked before it leaves the store. We will send out the new size within 7 days of receiving your item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
