Free shipping to Canada and the U.S on orders $200 or more

Shipping is calculated on the total weight of your order

At the moment we're only able to ship to Canada and the U.S. Please check back!

After successfully placing an order you will receive a confirmation of the order via email. Please double and triple check that we have your correct shipping info and order details. We are not liable for parcels shipped with wrong items or to the wrong address due to incorrect order information. 

We ship Fridays and Saturdays. If you're ordering between Sunday-Thursday, please keep this in mind. If you need us to ship before that due to a special circumstance, please e-mail us at sanctuarywebstore@gmail.com and we will evaluate on a case by case basis if we're able to rush the order for you. At busier times of the year, or special events, please allow some extra time for processing. We will notify you if there's a delay in processing times. 

We do not ship to PO boxes.

You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours before being able to see anything. 

You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax/customs that may be applied to an order outside of Canada. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders after confirmed delivery. Please be sure to always ship to a safe address. 

If you have not received your order within 60 days from the dispatch date - let us know immediately.

In store pick-up
Ordered online at 3 in the morning but live in Edmonton and would rather pick it up in store? We got you covered. Just fire us an e-mail at sanctuarywebstore@gmail.com with Pickup in the subject line and we'll e-mail you a code that waives the shipping fees juuuuust for you. Please keep in mind that pickup orders will still be subject to the same protocols as online purchases in regards to returns/exchanges. To see what that entails, go to the returns/exchanges page.
